How replies work on X

A few platform rules shape every comment order:

• Replies live in the conversation. They appear under the original post, where readers scroll through the discussion.
• Reply order isn’t chronological. X ranks replies in a conversation; according to X’s help center, replies from verified (Premium) accounts get a slight preference.
• Authors control who can reply. When you post, you can limit replies to everyone, accounts you follow, verified accounts or only the accounts you mention. Anything other than “Everyone” blocks outside replies.
• Authors can hide replies. You can move any reply to your post behind a separate “hidden replies” view.
• Protected posts are private. If your account is protected, only approved followers can see or reply to your posts.

When buying comments makes sense

• Getting a conversation started. A post with zero replies looks quiet, and people are less likely to be the first to comment. A few replies make it easier for real readers to join in.
• Launch and giveaway posts. Contests and announcements often ask a question; visible replies show that people are taking part.
• Pairing with other signals. A post with plenty of views and likes but no replies can look unbalanced. Comments round out the picture.

What comments can’t do

Purchased comments raise the reply count and make a post look active. They won’t answer your audience’s questions, build relationships or turn readers into customers. Real conversation still comes from posts people want to respond to — and from you replying back.

There’s also a hard line: never use purchased comments as fake reviews or testimonials. Replies that pretend to be customers praising a product can mislead buyers and may break consumer-protection rules in many countries, as well as X’s policies. Use comments to start a discussion, not to fake one about your product.

Before you order: a quick checklist

1. Set “Everyone can reply.” Open the post’s reply settings; if replies are limited, comments can’t be delivered.
2. Keep your account public. Protected accounts’ posts can’t receive replies from outside your approved followers.
3. Use the full post link. Copy it from the share menu — it looks like https://x.com/username/status/1234567890.
4. Keep the post up. Deleting the post during delivery stops the order, and replies to a deleted post disappear with it.
5. Write custom comments that fit the post. Vary the wording and keep each one relevant — ten identical replies look fake to everyone. For a quick show of support, choose random positive comments instead.
6. One order per post at a time. Let an order complete before placing another on the same link.
